Orders are expected to be dispatched within 5 working days. In the UK, delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 working days.

UK Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your E-Bike to request a return. To receive a complete refund, the items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, unused and in their original packaging, in a condition that is deemed "as new" or resalable. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
