I recently purchase a Spiderman Bike for my 3 year old's birthday and the service I received was brilliant. The standard delivery time would have meant the bike would not have arrived in time for my son's birthday. Prior to ordering I contacted Vicky Nickson and she was outstanding in her service. She checked whether the bike could be dispatched ASAP and in time for my son's birthday. It arrived even earlier than expected and she helped make my son's birthday so thank you Vicky.

I recently purchased a Mark2 450 E-bike, which was delivered ready built. It has handled the pace without any issues. It is very easy to ride, and the low step through height of the frame makes it easy access for me to just cruise along without a fuss. I paid extra for a more plush saddle that has complimented my rides.
The power assist gives me enough acceleration from a stop when needed tackling hills with relative ease.
Overall, I feel the bike is of a good, sturdy quality, helping me to improve my overall health and fitness .

I have had the opportunity to go on a few bike rides on the bike over the last 14 days, it is brilliant. It runs so smooth and really helps me, it glides up those hills that I would never have attempted prior to getting it. The use of the throttle to add a bit more power when required is great; you still need to put some effort in the choice is yours as to how much or how little, so it is also good for your health, I have never run out of battery power, which is good. I also like the fact that you can charge the battery on or off the bike which is a bonus to some other bikes. I have been stopped by a few people admiring the bike during my rides. I approached Vicky with my requirements and her advice has proved to be the right advice for me. I would recommend this bike and Power to Pedal to my friends and family.

Really impressed with Power to Pedal, delivery was fast and communication throughout was spot on. I did have a few issues initially, but Vicky stepped in and got everything sorted her customer service was excellent. It’s reassuring to know there’s someone helpful on the other end when things don’t go quite to plan. Would definitely order again without hesitation!

Amazing my son loves it

I am unable to give for this company any higher marks. Vicky, at Power to Pedal was impeccable, polite, caring, professional, helpful etc - comes with free delivery - no quibbles. The e bike is great fun it's not red, but does go like a rocket. If your in the market for an e bike you'll not find better than Power to Pedal- give them a look.

Got my first juicy compact today. This bike is amazing love it. The juicy is so easy to ride and a pleasure. Love juicy bikes. Well done juicy.

Been out on my first ride round my island today and have loved it!! She is aesthetically pleasing super comfy to ride .. amazing booster for those hideous hills.. plenty of gears to ride at your own comfort I love everything about Juicy Roller

Really great bike - build quality is excellent.

Really pleased with my purchase and wish Id gone electric earlier as makes my cycle to work pretty much effortless, like the fact that the battery is integrated into the frame, only downside is the brake cables as quite taught on the handlebars but just need a bit of adjustment and hopefully all will be good.

The bike is smart I've already done 37 miles getting 2 work & back so very pleased indeed

I've had my Emu Evo for about a week now and I love it. It's reasonably light so provides an easy and comfortable ride even when not using any power. But when you need a bit of help the power provides a decent kick. I hadn't ridden an ebike before so I'm still getting used to it, but so far I'm delighted and am looking forward to being able to venture further and up steeper hills than I could on my regular bike.
